Common Ground is a 2017 church plant
in Logan County, Ohio.
We meet in the auditorium of Union Station.
We don't believe church should
be painful or boring.
Instead, you will find:
Relevant teaching. Passionate, live music.
Safe and fun child care.
Casual dress. Positive atmosphere.
Humor. Coffee.
You'll learn something about
God, yourself and others.

WE BELIEVE
LIFE IS BETTER WITH JESUS
When He is at the center, we are most as we should be. This is our primary value and everything else runs through this filter.
REAL IS RELEVANT
Instead of trying to be what we think people want, we will strive to be the best versions of who we were made to be. In being true to who we are, Christ will be more clearly shown.
LESS IS MORE
God has not called us to
be everything to everyone.
We focus on few things and do them well.
FOR ANY, BUT NOT FOR ALL
We realize that if we try to please everyone, we will succeed with none. We are known for certain things, and not for others.
We have a “type” and that’s ok.
LABOR FOR WHAT WE LOVE
Our time, talent, finances, etc… tell the world what is important to us.
As individuals and as the church, it is our privilege to give generously to support the church and to those in need.
NEW LIFE FROM OLD TRUTH
Our goal is to utilize the diverse gifts and abilities God has given us to engage people and culture with the gospel.
WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER
The movement of the Church
is a communal effort.
It will take all of us to reach the rest of us.
